Terms of Service

By accessing or using CatalogTree at catalogtree.co or catr.ee ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users including merchants (store owners), visitors, and anyone else who interacts with the Service.

CatalogTree is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows merchants to create product catalog storefronts and accept orders via WhatsApp, Razorpay, or Stripe.

We provide:
·A hosted storefront at catr.ee/[slug] (and optionally your custom domain)
·A dashboard to manage products, categories, settings, and analytics
·WhatsApp order link generation
·Payment gateway connection via Razorpay and Stripe OAuth

CatalogTree is not a payment aggregator or payment processor. We do not handle, hold, or move funds between merchants and their customers. All financial transactions occur directly between merchants and customers via their connected Razorpay or Stripe accounts.

To use the Service you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for:
·Maintaining the security of your account
·All activity that occurs under your account
·Ensuring the information in your account is accurate and up to date

You must be at least 18 years old to use CatalogTree. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older.

Seedling (free): Includes up to 25 products, WhatsApp cart, and a catr.ee/yourname storefront. Available with no time limit.

Branch (₹399/month or ₹3,990/year): Includes 250 products, custom domain, Razorpay/Stripe checkout, affiliate links, full analytics, 50 short links, and no CatalogTree watermark.

Grove (₹899/month or ₹8,990/year): Includes unlimited products, multiple catalogs, AI descriptions, order management, priority support, and API access.

Plan features and prices may change with 30 days' notice to current subscribers.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Payments are processed via our Razorpay account (for INR billing).

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect again after 3 days. If payment remains uncollected after 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Seedling (free) plan. Your data will not be deleted.

Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable GST (18%). A GST invoice is available on request.

You agree not to use CatalogTree to:
·Sell illegal goods or services, including controlled substances, weapons, or counterfeit products
·Sell products or services that violate any applicable Indian or international law
·Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices toward customers
·Impersonate another person or entity
·Attempt to access, probe, or test the security of our systems
·Use the Service in a way that disrupts its availability to other users
·Resell or white-label the Service without explicit written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

You retain full ownership of all product names, descriptions, images, and other content you upload to CatalogTree ("Your Content").

By uploading Your Content, you grant CatalogTree a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and serve Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that:
·You have the right to use and upload all content
·Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
·Your content complies with all applicable laws

CatalogTree, the CatalogTree logo, the catr.ee domain, all templates, and the platform software are owned by CatalogTree Technologies and protected by intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our platform or branding without explicit written consent.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA on the Seedling or Branch plans. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

Grove plan subscribers may request priority support and may be eligible for SLA commitments — contact us for details.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CatalogTree disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

CatalogTree is not responsible for the actions, products, or content of third-party payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe) or other third-party services integrated with the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CatalogTree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

By you: You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason.

Upon termination, your storefront will go offline and your data will be scheduled for deletion after 30 days. You may request a data export before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 15 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
