Questions sellers ask

Do I need to pay to start?

No. The free Seed plan lets you list 25 products and take orders on WhatsApp straight away. No card needed.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

Never. Orders arrive on your WhatsApp and customers pay you directly by UPI, cash or bank transfer. We only charge the flat plan price.

How do customers pay me?

Add your UPI ID in Settings. It appears in every WhatsApp order with the exact total, so customers pay you directly. Catalog Tree never touches the money.

Do I need a GST number or a website?

No. Anyone with a WhatsApp number can start. Your catr.ee link is your website.

Can I cancel any time?

Plans are prepaid for a month or a year and never renew on their own, so there is nothing to cancel. When a plan ends, your store keeps running on the free Seed plan.

What happens at 25 products?

Everything stays live and customers can still order. To add more products, move to Tree for ₹99 a month.
