No. The free Seed plan lets you list 25 products and take orders on WhatsApp straight away. No card required.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. Orders arrive on your WhatsApp and customers pay you directly by UPI, cash or bank transfer. We charge a flat plan price, not a commission.
How do customers pay me?
Add your UPI ID in Settings and it appears in every WhatsApp order with the exact amount. Customers pay you directly. CatalogTree never touches the money.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are prepaid for a month or a year and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. When a plan ends your store moves to Seed.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of payment, email billing@catalogtree.co for a full refund.
What happens when I hit the free plan product limit?
Your existing products stay live and customers can still order. You just can't add new ones until you upgrade to Tree.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your store stays live on Seed. Products beyond 25 stay visible but you cannot add new ones, and the watermark returns. Renew any time from Billing; renewing early adds to your remaining time.
